If you want to return your item for a refund, please contact us within 15 days of order delivery.
Send an e-mail to email@example.com and include the following:
- Your order number (so we can find you)
- Your reason for return (so we can address your concerns if applicable, and improve our service for the future)
We will then e-mail you the return address
Some things to know:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
- Refunds will go back to the original form of payment and are usually processed within 7 business days.
- Refund amount will be the amount you paid. We do not have a restocking fee.
- Buyer is responsible for fees involved in returning an item
- We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return, as the package is not our responsibility until it arrives to us. Please take care to package the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
- We cannot be responsible for returns that get lost in transit or otherwise don't arrive in the condition previously stated/discussed (ie; used, broken, damaged in transit)
- Unsolicited returns will not be processed.
Each custom order is created uniquely for you. For that reason - unless there is an error on our part - custom order sales are final.
We take every precaution to process orders accurately. If you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of your items arrival, and include a photo. If we have made a mistake, we will work with you to correct it.
