When can I expect to receive my order?

We begin processing orders within 24 hours.  Typically your order is in transit in 2-3 days.  Please note that if a holiday falls in between, an extra day may be added to the processing and/or delivery time.  

Delivery times will vary depending on where you live. 

  • USA: 2 - 7 business days.  
  • Outside USA: 5 - 23 business days
We ship out of Los Angeles, California. 

I don't see my phone device listed.

We carry phone cases for all the latest iPhone and Samsung phones. If you have a newer model, but don't see it listed, it is likely out of stock for the moment.  For stock updates and new releases sign up to your newsletter HERE.

Can you customize in other languages?

Yes, we can customize all of our customizable designs in multiple languages including Armenian, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, French, Russian and more!

Your text boxes allow you to enter your text in various languages. Simply paste/enter your text and proceed to checkout as usual!

What billing and payment methods do you accept?

We've done our best to cover all the bases and make checkout as easy as possible.

I want to return my item: non-custom orders

If you want to return your item for a refund, please contact us within 15 days of order delivery. 

Send an e-mail to hello@arlalaserworks.com and include the following:

  1. Your order number (so we can find you)
  2. Your reason for return (so we can address your concerns if applicable, and improve our service for the future)

We will then e-mail you the return address

Some things to know:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will go back to the original form of payment and are usually processed within 7 business days.
  • Refund amount will be the amount you paid. We do not have a restocking fee.
  • Buyer is responsible for fees involved in returning an item
  • We recommend obtaining a tracking number for your return, as the package is not our responsibility until it arrives to us.  Please take care to package the item securely to avoid damage in transit.
  • We cannot be responsible for returns that get lost in transit or otherwise don't arrive in the condition previously stated/discussed (ie; used, broken, damaged in transit)
  • Unsolicited returns will not be processed. 

I want to return my item: custom orders

Each custom order is created uniquely for you. For that reason - unless there is an error on our part - custom order sales are final.

We take every precaution to process orders accurately. If you believe there has been an error on our part, please contact us within 3 business days of your items arrival, and include a photo. If we have made a mistake, we will work with you to correct it.
