Safe Liquid Glitter iPhone Cases are here!

Posted on

There is something enchanting about liquid glitter phone cases and the way they shimmer in the light!  But are they safe...?

You may have heard by now that on August 1st, 2017 The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall for hundreds of thousands of liquid glitter iPhone. The reason for this is that, if they broke and leaked, the liquid used inside caused irritation, chemical burns, and possible permanent scarring on the skin.

THIS IS NOT OK Brands included in this recall include Henri Bendel, MixBin, Nordstrom Rack, Tory Burch and Victoria’s Secret and various sources online.  We delayed the release of our own glitter cases to confirm their safety and are happy to now let you know that the liquid inside the cases sold by Arla LaserWorks is filled with mineral oil and water, making it safe if it does make contact with your skin!

Our liquid glitter cases are safe and strong!  They do not easily break and are meant to be thoroughly enjoyed. Nevertheless, common sense and caution should be utilized when using any product that has small parts, liquids, and particles.  If your case does leak, discontinue use immediately, seal it securely in a plastic bag (such as a tightly secured ziplock), and throw it away.  Of course, keep out of reach of children, pets and other animals.

All that being said, we are thrilled to introduce the latest in our glitter collection!  Take a look, browse, and take one home! Enjoy FREE USA shipping and 10% off using code “GLITTER”. Ends 9/17/17  11:59PST.
